  5. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the license agreement
  6. all public domain and shareware vendors must also comply with the following:

  8. Zip Manager 4.0 MUST be copied in an unmodified form and ZM4.ZIP MUST contain
  9. the following files:

  11.  ZM4SETUP.EXE    The Zip Manager Install Program
  12.  ZM4SETUP.INF    The Zip Manager Install INF File
  13.  ZM400.EXE       The Zip Manager Program File
  14.  ZMKBDTRP.EXE    The Zip Manager DOS Interface Program
  15.  ZMKBDTRP.PIF    The DOS Interface PIF File
  16.  ZM400.HLP       The Zip Manager Help File
  17.  ZM4DLL.DLL      Required Program DLL
  18.  ZM4FM.DLL       Required Program DLL
  19.  ZM4CNTRL.DLL    Required Program DLL
  20.  CTL3D.DLL       Required Program DLL
  21.  MANUAL.WRI      The Users Manual In Windows Write Format

  34. -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  35.    anyone without the express written permission in advance of Software 
  36.    Excellence By Design Inc.
  37.  
  38. -> Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for Zip Manager 4.0
  39.    itself. However you may include Zip Manager 4.0 on a diskette or other
  40.    media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee as long as the
  41.    conditions below are met.

  43.   VENDORS MUST
  44.   ------------
  45. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the 
  46.    fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser 
  47.    from their contractual obgliation to purchase Zip Manager 4.0 if  
  48.    purchaser uses Zip Manager 4.0 beyond the 14 day evaluation period.

  50. 2. The above statement MUST be printed on a label, or other form of
  51.    identification, that is DIRECTLY attached to the media being distributed
  52.    by ANY Public Domain or Shareware Disk Vendor without exception!
  53.  
  54. 3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  55.    Zip Manager 4.0 for downloading by their users without written permission
  56.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  57.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  58.    DOWNLOADING Zip Manager 4.0 files without first obtaining the express
  59.    written permission in advance from Software Excellence By Design Inc. 
  60.    to charge such a fee.
